The TeraPlast PVC-KG KGF-SB manhole wall connector is engineered to provide a robust, watertight interface for unplasticized polyvinyl chloride piping penetrating concrete manhole structures and inspection chambers in buried gravity sewer networks. Designed specifically to eliminate the persistent risk of groundwater infiltration and sewage exfiltration at rigid structural interfaces, the connector incorporates a heavy-duty external anchoring collar that embeds directly into cast-in-place or precast concrete walls. This integral external barrier creates a positive mechanical anchor within the surrounding mortar or concrete matrix, preventing moisture migration along the fitting perimeter while effectively resisting shear forces, axial pipe thrust, and differential settlement between the rigid concrete chamber and the flexible pipeline trench. Across the complete nominal size series spanning outer diameters of 110 mm, 125 mm, 160 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 315 mm, 400 mm, and 500 mm, the connector maintains a standardised overall axial length of 240 mm to match standard concrete manhole wall dimensions.
