The GRINPipe PVC sewer pipe SN4 SDR 41 is an advanced multilayer piping solution engineered for non-pressure buried gravity sewerage and stormwater drainage networks outside building footprints. Manufactured through co-extrusion utilizing 50% recycled PVC-U material, the pipe features a three-layer structural composite comprising solid compact internal and external layers blended with virgin polymer, bonded to an expanded foamed intermediate recycled PVC core. This construction maintains mechanical strength and ring flexibility equivalent to solid-wall alternatives while minimizing environmental impact and material weight. Designed with a distinct orange exterior and a smooth white interior surface, the pipe optimizes internal CCTV robotic camera inspections for municipal maintenance, diagnostics, and structural integrity verification. The interior wall exhibits exceptional hydraulic characteristics with an ultra-smooth profile corresponding to a Manning roughness coefficient of 0.01, preventing particulate deposition, encrustation, and silt accumulation while delivering elevated discharge velocities compared to traditional concrete or vitrified clay conduits.
