The GF Piping Systems ELGEF Plus Stop-Off Saddle Kit (PE100, SDR11) is designed for live gas-tight main tapping operations on PE pipelines ranging from d63 to d400 mm. Rated at 10 bar for gas and 16 bar for water, the kit includes the saddle lower part, a CW617N brass Stop-Off insert with Rp 2½" external and Rp 2" internal threading for compatibility with standard tapping devices, and a sealing plug. Maximum cutting diameter is 39 mm (d63–d75), 50 mm (d90), and 56.5 mm (d110–d400). Compatible with SDR 9–33 pipe series. Features 4 mm pin connectors and limited path fusion indicators for controlled electrofusion jointing. W dimension: 164–165 mm across all sizes.
