The Georg Fischer (GF Piping Systems) ecoFIT outlet flange adaptor is a precision-engineered polyethylene fitting developed for mounting on the outlet side of wafer check valves Type 369. Manufactured from virgin PE80 resin, this specialized component provides a secure, leak-free transition between the valve body and metric polyethylene pipework, utilizing a flat jointing face that guarantees uniform sealing geometry across all metric sizes from d40 to d110 mm (DN32 to DN100).

Engineered for use in conjunction with PP-V backing flanges (code 27 70 04), the fitting incorporates an integrated metric socket for installation via socket fusion or butt fusion in accordance with DVS 2207 welding guidelines. The SDR11 wall profile ensures mechanical integrity and dependable pressure containment, providing overall face lengths from 55 to 105 mm and outer flange face diameters from 50 to 130 mm to match valve flow profiles.

Rated for a maximum operating pressure of PN6 (6 bar) at 20 degrees Celsius, the virgin PE80 construction provides chemical resistance against aggressive fluids, acids, alkalis, and cooling media.
