The Georg Fischer ecoFIT Flange Adaptor Outlet PE100 is an engineered spigot fitting designed for dependable PE-to-flange transitions within industrial polyethylene piping systems. Engineered for seamless integration via conventional butt fusion per DVS 2207 standards, this component establishes a secure, leak-free connection between PE100 pipe networks and flanged industrial equipment, pumps, and valves. Sized in SDR17 / SDR17.6 geometry, the fitting carries a nominal pressure rating of PN10 (10 bar), ensuring excellent hydraulic capacity and chemical resistance across harsh operating environments.

Manufactured from virgin PE100 resin with a material density of approximately 0.95 g/cm³ and a tensile yield stress of 25 N/mm² at 23 degrees C, this adaptor provides high resistance to slow crack growth and mechanical stress. The series spans outer diameters from d40mm to d315mm, featuring overall lengths (Lmax) from 64mm to 272mm and bolt circle dimensions (D1) from 80mm to 375mm. The outlet profile is engineered for direct compatibility with Type 369 wafer check valves and requires corresponding flange rings for socket systems, achieving uniform gasket compression and dependable joint integrity.
