Manufactured from ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7 in compliance with EN 545, this component delivers a reliable 90-degree directional transition with an integrated supporting base. The duckfoot design transfers hydraulic thrust forces, dynamic fluid surges, and the vertical load of pipeline columns directly onto concrete foundation pads, eliminating excessive mechanical strain on adjacent pipes and valves.

Featuring precision-drilled flanges according to EN 1092-2 PN16, this fitting ensures rigid, leak-tight flanged connections and straightforward bolted assembly. The cast body provides exceptional mechanical strength and impact resistance, rated for continuous working pressures up to 16 bar. Surface protection is ensured by an electrostatically applied powder epoxy coating with a minimum thickness of 250 μm in RAL 5015 sky blue.
