The Type 243 ABS lug-style butterfly valve is designed for terminal and intermediate isolation in industrial systems. Actuated by a pneumatic PP-GF fail-safe-to-close (FC) unit, it guarantees automatic shut-off upon loss of air supply. The actuator features an integrated NAMUR interface (VDI/VDE 3845) with a 4.2 bar control pressure, a fast 90° cycle time of 1–2 seconds, and an integrated optical position indicator. Rated at PN10 with EPDM seals, the range spans sizes DN50 (d63) to DN125 (d140). Face-to-face dimensions meet EN 558 and ISO 5752 standards, compatible with ISO 7005, EN 1092, and DIN 2501 flange patterns.
