The Georg Fischer ecoFIT PE100 blanking flange is an engineered thermoplastic piping component designed for reliable blind isolation and temporary or permanent end closures in butt fusion polyethylene piping systems. Machined from high-density polyethylene PE100 sheet material, these blanking flanges provide a dependable seal across process lines, pressure vessels, sampling manifolds, and terminal distribution legs where conventional metallic blind flanges are prone to corrosion or severe chemical degradation.

Engineered for low-pressure industrial duties, this blanking flange series carries a maximum nominal operating pressure rating of PN 2.5 bar. Each flange is machined with a metric drilling pattern conforming to the standard PN 10 bolt circle specification, enabling direct mechanical compatibility with standard metric backing flanges and mating PE100 flange adaptors. The product line covers an extensive dimensional range from pipe size d63 up to d630, corresponding to nominal diameters from DN 50 to DN 600. Across this size spectrum, overall flange outer diameters span from 165 mm up to 780 mm, utilizing bolt hole diameters ranging from 18 mm to 30 mm according to the relevant nominal sizing.
