Manufactured from premium virgin PE100 resin complying with PE100+ Association standards, this long-spigot fitting is rated for nominal operating pressures of up to 16 bar for potable water systems and 10 bar for gaseous media. Available across an extensive diameter range from d32 mm up to d900 mm, it accommodates diverse scale requirements in municipal infrastructure, cooling circuits, and industrial fluid conveyance.

Produced using a seamless pipe manufacturing process with a smooth bending radius of 1.5×d, the fitting delivers superior hydraulic characteristics by minimizing local head loss and flow turbulence. Wall thickness scales proportionally across the dimension range, from 2.9 mm on d32 up to 81.8 mm on d900. Diameters from d355 to d500 carry FM 1613 certification rated at 15 bar, qualifying them specifically for demanding underground fire protection mains.
