Tapping saddle monobloc PE100 with Gaz Stop

The GF Piping Systems ELGEF Plus Tapping Saddle PE100, Monobloc version with integrated Gas-Stop (type 1–5 bar), is engineered for live gas main connections under pressure without service interruption. Manufactured from 100% virgin PE100 resin, approved by the PE100+ association, this SDR11 fitting covers pipe dimensions d63–160mm (SDR 9–17.6 compatibility) and delivers 5 bar gas rating. Key technical features include: integrated mechanical cutter for pressurized tapping, moulded-on lower part, 4mm pin electrofusion connectors, limited-path fusion indicators, O-ring sealed screw cap, and long fusion outlet. Gas-Stop system (GS 20/1 or GS 32/1) is pre-assembled; maximum flow capacity 25–100 m³/h depending on outlet. FM, DVGW, KIWA, and SVGW approved. Certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
