The GF Piping Systems ELGEF Plus 45° Elbow PE100 (SDR17, Long Version) is an electrofusion fitting engineered for utility-grade gas and water distribution networks, rated at 5 bar Gas / 10 bar Water. Manufactured from virgin PE100 resin (PE100+ Association approved), this long-version elbow covers the diameter range d90–d315 mm, with wall thicknesses (s1) from 5.4 mm to 18.7 mm. The extended spigot length (Lmax: 236.7–538.1 mm) ensures reliable electrofusion jointing integrity. Compliant with EN 12201 and EN 1555, and carrying DVGW, KIWA, and SVGW certifications. Material density: ~0.95 g/cm³; yield stress at 23°C: 25 N/mm²; Charpy impact strength at -40°C: 13 kJ/m². Compatible with DVS 2207 butt fusion and IR welding procedures.
