Bend 60° PE100

The ELGEF Plus 60° Bend PE100 SDR17 is a long-version spigot fitting manufactured from seamless PE100 pipe, rated at PN10 (10 bar water). Available in diameters from d90 to d1000mm (DN80–DN1000), with wall thicknesses ranging from 5.4mm to 59.3mm and a 1.5×d bend radius, these fittings deliver consistent hydraulic performance with minimised flow resistance. The seamless pipe construction ensures uniform wall thickness and structural integrity throughout the bend arc. Compatible with both electrofusion and butt fusion joining techniques. Spigot ends conform to standard pipe OD tolerances for direct integration into PE100 pipeline systems. Note: seamless pipe bends must not be shortened on-site. Suitable for water distribution and industrial pipeline applications operating up to 10 bar.
